Corporate Governance Code
Every minute we work to become even better for you.
Ensuring proper level of transparency of its functioning is one of the key corporate governance elements for NADRA BANK, that is why it pays much attention to informing its members (shareholders), clients, partners and other stakeholders on its performance. Timely, regular and consecutive disclosure of information, as well as its credibility and completeness (under the terms of saving the commercial and banking secrecy) promote more efficient assessment of the Bank's performance and supervision over it by controlling authorities and organizations, and hence prevent and reduce risks occurring while managing the Bank.
To learn more of the Bank’s financial and operational performance, its structure, strategy and goals, etc., the stakeholders can review the information on the corporate web-site, reports to the General Members' Meeting, official communication in the mass media, press conferences, annual reports. Detailed information on the Bank’s corporate governance principles and system is consolidated in the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the General Members’ Meeting in November 2007.
