What is it?
- It is an effective mechanism of attracting funds for construction from principals – individuals and corporations wishing to acquire ownership of a specific part of the building to be constructed; the attracted funds are accumulated on a special account opened with Nadra CB OJSC, which is referred to as a Construction Financing Fund (CFF). Acting in accordance with the CFF rules and construction agreement, NADRA BANK (the FCC manager) disburses to you construction funds on an agreed-upon schedule. Upon completion of the construction, the reminder of the CFF account will be transferred in full to the current account of your company.
