What is it?

You are free to choose agreement fulfillment terms and conditions:
- market order – an order to buy at a minimum price and sell at a maximum price;
- limit order – an order to buy at no more and sell at no less than a predetermined price;
- stop-order – an order to buy or sell securities at the moment when the price reaches the predetermined level;
- time order – an order effective within a predetermined timeframe; and
- open order – an order effective until fulfilled or cancelled.
Custodian’s Services:
- opening and servicing securities accounts for customers;
- custody and tracking of shares, bonds, treasury bills and other securities;
- custody of bearer securities certificates;
- re-registration of title to securities;
- immobilization of certificated securities and custody of registered securities immobilization certificates;
- consulting and comprehensive structured transactions with securities;
- clearing operations (supply against payment) in transactions with government securities;
- updating depositors on the balance of their securities accounts; and
- collection of return on securities tracked by the custodian and transfer of the collected amounts to the accounts of securities owners.
Services for Securities Issuers:
- Services of the General Custodian for issuers, allowing you to cut costs of keeping registers of registered securities holders;
- conversion of a bond issue from certificated to non-certificated form; and
- payment of return on securities.
Custodian’s Services for Joint Investment Institutes, Investment Funds, and Mutual Funds of Investment Companies:
- servicing of investment funds; and
- joint projects with asset management companies.
Services of Custodian of Non-governmental Pension Funds (NPF):
- servicing of non-governmental pension funds; and
- joint projects with asset management companies and NPF administrators.
