Cooperation with Stakeholders

Every minute we work to become even better for you.

In the course of its development based on the principles of social responsibility, NADRA BANK takes into consideration the interests of society and other stakeholders with which its interacts when performing its functions.

Stakeholders are persons that have a legitimate interest in the Bank’s activities and can exercise impact on its work. We see successful cooperation and mutual understanding with stakeholders as important elements of the ethics and culture of business management.

For NADRA BANK, the principal stakeholders today are its clients, shareholders, investors, business partners, employees, governmental authorities and local communities.

Certainly, NADRA BANK’s activities also involve other stakeholders, such as mass media, financial and economic associations and many others.

We are convinced that constant cooperation with all stakeholders will enable the Bank to better understand their needs and improve its activities based on the focus on each group’s needs.

The tools of the Bank’s communication with stakeholders are focus groups and presentations for clients, negotiations with partners and consultations with governmental authorities, press conferences and forums, meetings and workshops for employees, etc. The Bank’s cooperation with stakeholders is systemic and envisages a comprehensive approach to the Bank’s activities in the social, economic and environmental spheres.
