Cooperation with Society

The cooperation of NADRA BANK with society is based on a clear understanding of the social mission and social role played by the Bank in Ukraine. The Bank follows the philosophy of social responsibility of business and tries to help in solving urgent social problems. It promptly reacts to the needs of society, carries out effective resource provision and raises the necessary funds. In particular, NADRA BANK implements different social programs aimed at improving the life quality and health of children, and sets up sponsorship projects which promote the development of culture and sports in our country.

As we know, children are the future of Ukraine, and the least socially protected social group. We understand that unfortunately the state cannot always provide orphans with everything they need or solve all the healthcare issues for our kids. To help solve such problems, in February 2006, the Bank founded the All-Ukrainian Charity Fund “Children’s World”. The Fund’s mission is to ensure that every project or event should provide genuine support for Ukrainian children who require it, and raise public awareness as to the most urgent problems of children’s healthcare. To make social and charitable projects more effective, on May 29, 2007, the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, OJSC CB Nadra and ACF “Children's World” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. In addition, on August 8, an identical memorandum was signed with the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports Affairs. Furthermore, for many years we have been supporting the children’s home “Yasny” (earlier Kyiv boarding school No. 3) for children who have no parental care.

To help the development of Ukrainian culture and sports, NADRA BANK has been cooperating for more than 8 years with Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater, supports the “Vadim Getman Cup” sailing regatta, etc.

NADRA applies an integrated approach to social projects and does everything it can for effective dialogue with society.
